Problem

The balcony and two flights of stairs were in a state of deterioration and as a result had lost its ability to prevent water ingress and also was considered a danger due to its slippery surface.

Solution

Spray apply SuperDeck Cold Applied Membrane to an average thickness of 1.5mm incorporating a fine black quartz aggregate to promote slip resistance and maintain a aesthetically pleasing finish.

Result

An instant hard wearing, waterproof, easily cleaned, slip resistant membrane that was returned back to service within 1 hour of application.

Remove all unsound coatings by scabbling. Squeegee apply SuperDeck to form a waterproof skid resistant & highly attractive finis.

Problem

The GRC Promenade Tiles had become slippery with age and the asphalt waterproofing under had become porous and was leaking

Solution

The Promenade tiles were cleaned & prepared and any loose ones were repaired. SuperDeck was spray and squeegee applied to level surface up and produce a waterproof slip resistant surface in different colours to different areas.
